Getting to the venue:

For the convenience and safety of our guests— a shuttle will be provided to and from the venue. The shuttle will pick up and drop off guests at the following hotels. As the date gets closer, we’ll share the exact pick-up times.

✈️ Traveling In: Nearby Airports

If you’re flying in to celebrate with us, here are the best airport options depending on where you’re coming from and what kind of travel experience you prefer:

La Crosse Regional Airport (LSE) – ~1 hour from the venue

The closest option and the easiest drive. It’s a small regional airport with limited flights, but if the timing works, it’s by far the most convenient.

Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport (MSP) – ~2 hours from the venue

A major airport with plenty of flight options. If you want flexibility, good fares, or are coming from farther away, MSP is usually the best choice. The drive to Black River Falls is beautiful and straightforward.

Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) – ~3 hours from the venue

Another reliable option with strong flight availability. It’s a bit farther, but ideal if you prefer flying into Milwaukee or find a better deal there.

🚗 Rental Cars

A rental car is recommended for anyone flying in.

Black River Falls is a more rural area, and having your own transportation will make it much easier to get to and from the airports, the Airbnb/hotel, etc. All three airports listed offer on-site rental car options from major agencies, and the drives are simple and scenic.
