Getting to the venue: For the convenience and safety of our guests— a shuttle will be provided to and from the venue. The shuttle will pick up and drop off guests at the following hotels. As the date gets closer, we’ll share the exact pick-up times. ✈️ Traveling In: Nearby AirportsIf you’re flying in to celebrate with us, here are the best airport options depending on where you’re coming from and what kind of travel experience you prefer: La Crosse Regional Airport (LSE) – ~1 hour from the venueThe closest option and the easiest drive. It’s a small regional airport with limited flights, but if the timing works, it’s by far the most convenient. Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport (MSP) – ~2 hours from the venueA major airport with plenty of flight options. If you want flexibility, good fares, or are coming from farther away, MSP is usually the best choice. The drive to Black River Falls is beautiful and straightforward. Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE) – ~3 hours from the venueAnother reliable option with strong flight availability. It’s a bit farther, but ideal if you prefer flying into Milwaukee or find a better deal there. 🚗 Rental CarsA rental car is recommended for anyone flying in.Black River Falls is a more rural area, and having your own transportation will make it much easier to get to and from the airports, the Airbnb/hotel, etc. All three airports listed offer on-site rental car options from major agencies, and the drives are simple and scenic. Whether you choose a cocktail dress, midi or maxi dress, or a classic suit, we encourage attire that feels polished, festive, and ready for a memorable celebration.

2. Where to Stay? We’re so excited to celebrate with you in Black River Falls, Wisconsin — a cozy, woodsy destination surrounded by beautiful trails, rivers, and peaceful scenery. There are several great places to stay in the area depending on the experience you’re looking for! Airbnbs &amp; Vacation RentalsThere are tons of Airbnbs and VRBO properties nearby — everything from modern cabins in the woods to larger homes perfect for groups. If you’re traveling with a bigger party, want your own kitchen, or just prefer a more private space, we definitely recommend checking Airbnb and VRBO first. Many places are within a short drive of the venue and book up quickly, so we encourage you to reserve early.
